The central-african nation of Mutambara has been embroiled in a civil war for 6 months now and it is slowly growing into a humanitarian crisis. IDAP has set up aid station in towns and villages across the country, but the war makes it difficult to get these stations supplied.
OPORD
I Situation:
France, Belgium and The Netherlands have formed a coalition to provide security to IDAP elements on a rotational basis. We have rotated in yesterday and are about to head out on our first round.
Friendly Forces:
- Belgian Armed Forces, Bataljon Bevrijding
- PLT, A, B, C, MMG, MAT, ENG, DGR
- Democratic Government Forces of Mutambara have stated they will aid us in protecting humanitarian assets, but cohesion is low amongst government forces.
- Mortar team “Albert” 3x Mk6 mortar, smoke, HE
- Logistics team “Minerva” to deliver resupply.
Assets:
- 1x Oshkosh CLV “Falcon” (Hunter HMG)
- 5x Jankel LTTV (Prowler Unarmed)
Enemy Forces:
- Various warlords are involved in the war for power, each has their army.
- Equipment is largely similair across these armies. AKs, soviet-era stuff, poorly maintained

II Mission:
We need to go around and check in at each IDAP camp, talk to the doctor and help out in any way we can.

IV Administration / Logistics:
Resupplying
- Resupply can be brought from base or ordered in by Minerva
Reinforcements:
- Reinsertions will be on the hour every hour and be adhered to strictly, no deviation is allowed.
- Reinsertions are the same for all, including vehicles teams.
- Platoon Commander has a one time reinsertion wild card at his disposal, call this in through HQ.
- At predesignated times, reinforcements will be sent out of the base in the smallest transport vehicle which can hold reinforcements.
- Upon insertion to the AO, reinforcements should stick together until regrouping with the main force in the AO.
