Enjoyed the training a lot!
I had very different thoughts about the last training I attended. But the concerns of me and others were definitely considered and now the training almost feels like an op with a theory session replacing the briefing time and one briefing in the middle.
Really good job everyone, especially the training team! 
Yeah. Fully agree with flo. The theory covered everything of most importance but was short enough to keep people concentrated instead of dozing off or getting bored, well done.
The patrols were nice too, little mini ops basically boiled down to the encounters. Think everyone did noticably better as we went, too. Do hope we do these more often on an op day, as they are still fun enough and it gets everyone’s noses pointing the same way I hope.
