I hate home furnishings.
Simply great. Just as I thought it’s not gonna be possible to do an entertaining PvP mission with around 10 players, you make this. Well done.
If I dissect it a bit, I think it’s the role-play element that makes this mission stand out and well designed. I didn’t even have to force myself to play the role, it was simply so intuitive to play it.
Kudos, well done.
First experience with Arma and the Community. Was simply great! Thank you for letting me join you guys, was great fun.

Great idea, there were a couple of technical things to improve on:
-lack of medical equipment for medic role in blufor
-sidearm mags mismatch on rebel/civilian side
-interaction with money was not possible
-not many zipties on blufor
Mission could benefit from:
-randomized points of intel/objectives
-automated messages about start/end
-some sort of triggers checking winning conditions
Other than that I enjoyed it much. Some situations were not exactly according to our SOP, but we had lots of fun with that.
On the technical side, yeah there was a few issues. Oversight on my part as far as equipment went but that will certainly be fixed in the next issue.
Money not being pickupable was confusing for both me and Xander. It was not a simple object and should have actually been on top of the counter, but ArmA seems to have glitched it under the counter and made it not interactable so. I’ll move it to a different object in the building next time.
Will certainly look into doing much more with this mission in the future. This was the first I made and I’m very much a noob when it comes to the more technical side of mission making, but I’m looking to learn and improve.
Thanks for the feedback so far guys. It’s great to hear people enjoyed the mission as I was worrying a lot coming up to it how it would actually play.

I was impressed up until you shot your comrade. How did you stop them discovering the bodies? Did you take out the HVT in the end?

Yeah. I was checking uniform out of force of habit :c At least I owned up to it though!
Price, we originally had the plan of dragging the bodies away into a different part of the building but then we discovered we couldn’t move them once dead. After the round, Abuk gave us the idea that we could have taken them prisoner, moved them away and then shot them. But they didn’t even question the bodies, they just thought the AI had borked.
Yes, we did win that round in the end. John, Teddy and Xander picked up the remaining BLUFOR at the final destination.

That’s why we have triggers in Arma. To avoid who has won debate.

OPFOR was dressed as Civilians for that exact reason. If they were seen, it’d just look like the people wanted him dead
