Life and Cooking with CNTO

Today’s Menu:

Brown lentil with tomato and a lot of pepper, paprika and chilly (this one is gonna burn twice)
Fresh beans with savory
Cordon-Bleu (Cheese) - again, vegetarian variant. Pretty good… with some ketchup

And my evening menu:

Same Steak (rest from before)
Pasta (wholemeal)
Fennel and coli-flower with cumin

The amount of likes on Dula’s first 2 posts says a lot about CNTO.

I made some pancakes! I apologise, it has been brought to my attention that I actually made crepes.

Oh Shails why did you show me those lemon bastards D: Now I have a hankering for those. I demand that you make me some right now!

Fresh Beans with Pepper, Chilli, Salt, Onions
Broccoli
Plaine Rice
Yellow Paprika with Onion and Garlic
Red Chili Sauce
A big bunch of cabbage salade with roasted sesame and curry

Made a cake with lots of butter and sugar and everything nice. 11583892 yours might be a meal of champions but mine is the dessert of gods

That’s not a cake, that’s bread with a ton of sugar :stuck_out_tongue:

I’ve had some fruit that is (I think) called Pitaya (or Dragon Fruit) in English. A friend just returned from Malaysia and managed to smuggle a few through. I have some experience with the white variety, which is more common here in Europe as it (IIRC) is easier to ferry in its green form and grow here in sugar water, making it much sweeter than what it usually is.
This one came from some small-time market for 7 "ringgit" (~1.5 EUR).

This red variety in its proper ripe form isn’t very sweet and doesn’t have a strong taste like the white version I can buy locally, but the mild nature makes it really tasty as a snack. The consistency is about the same as the white one (similar to a ripe kiwi fruit).

Just wait Racoon. I will get back to deserts just for challenge!

The remains of some brownies I had
