Two very hard missions and two losses, hope people had a good time regardless.

For the General section, I had a good time, pretty sure the rest of the team did as well.
Difficulty felt appropriate, we were constantly on our toes but never got quite overwhelminingly engaged that we couldn’t disengage from.
Sadly trying to obtain escape vehicles was the critical mistake that ended our run.
Swallowing Dust was a unfortunate sequence of events&choices which turned into a massacre.
Was a fun op, even though the vision from the BTR was so crap that it was nearly impossible to use properly. Would prefer another model next time (can be the same vic type) since this one was a bit too comically and illogically fucked.
Really enjoyed the OPs. Tempo was great. First mission was fairly successful on the Alpha side. Pushed through contact. Regrouped. Followed the trail on foot, killing the enemy. Would have been interesting what would of happened if we had taken NB. Helicopters should always be taken for SAR, even if it was unarmed.
The second mission was extremely hard. But the direction and movement were deliberate. There was a plan. I understand the reason for pushing through the brief (add to the stress), but in the debriefing, it was mentioned we knew where the ambush was coming from. To me at least this wasn’t clear and I try not to metagame too much (from the previous mission). so maybe next time we could have a short briefing and discussion to address some points. Like "you have just been ambushed and have exited your vehicles, your vehicles a broken and you are on foot." …
Enjoyable non the less and the odd loss here and there makes the wins sweeter…
A bit late on this, but I’d like to mention how the speed was good. As ALPHA we were always on our toes, no dull times and the constant threat made sure we kept our professionalism up to the top.
I won’t say anything about the second mission if not that it seemed impossible to achieve anyways, also given the little time for preparation before getting shot at.
