OPORD

I Situation

A long ongoing war in Chernarus could be ended by the confessions of a handful of men. They have willingly come to us with information, but they must be protected until tsafely extracted off the peninsula. A plane will land at 17:30 at the Airstrip near Krasnostav, ready to take these men away for questioning. However, to protect the Airstrip, they have been put in fortified positions around the town of Gvozdno, on Stronghold Yankee & Zulu. Protect them here from the onslaught of the Chernarus local army, who will attempt to take these prisoners of ours alive.

  • 1x Djigit AA with Resupply truck when requested.

Assets

  • 4x Land Rover 110 - 1x driver, 7x passengers

Enemy Forces

  • FIA
  • Have access to different kinds of armor and aerial support.

Civilians

  • Civilians do live further south in the hostile zone, this is why we can not send any troops further south than the two strongholds.

II Mission

Your mission is to keep the prisoners in both Stronghold Yankee as well as Stronghold Zulu, enemy forces will attack these simultaneously to try and steal the prisoners. If it comes to this, they may be inclined to end them for good measure, which is the worst that could happen, so make sure that they are not harmed.

III Execution

Commander’s Intent

  • Defend the prisoners in Stronghold Yankee & Zulu
  • Fight off any defiance from the Chernarus Army, both on the ground and in the air
  • At 17:30 & at CO’s signal, move the prisoners ASAP to the Airstrip.

Movement Plan

  • Defensive planning is up to PLT/lead with the elements given.

Fire Support

  • Djigit AA, when resupply for this AA is needed, signal CO to call in resupply truck, be wary this truck is not harmed, since we only can bring this to you once.

Optional Tasks

  • None

IV Administration / Logistics

Resupplying

  • Resupply for anything else than AA can be taken from base.

Reinforcements

  • Reinsertions will be on the hour every hour and be adhered to strictly, no deviation is allowed.
  • Reinsertions are the same for all, including vehicles teams.
  • Platoon Commander has a one time reinsertion wild card at his disposal, call this in through HQ.
  • At predesignated times, reinforcements will be sent out of the base in the smallest transport vehicle which can hold reinforcements.
  • At predesignated times, an air transport will be sent out to pick up reinforcements from the base.
  • At predesignated times, an armed escort vehicle will be sent out to escort reinforcements from the base.
  • Upon insertion to the AO, reinforcements should stick together until regrouping with the main force in the AO.
