OPORD

I Situation

After taking a hit from an unknown source, our pilot managed to put down the aircraft in what appears to be a dirt strip. Unfortunately for the pilot he did so quite literally, burying the nose of the aircraft into the dirt. Unfortunately for us, that also means all our long-range radio equipment is absolutely fried.

Friendly Forces

  • Elements available are Platoon, Alpha, Bravo, DMT, and HMG.

  • We’re on our own for this one.

Assets

  • 3x MRZR 4- 6 seats: 1x driver, , 5x passenger - no callsign
  • 1x AR-2 UAV backpack and UAV station.

Enemy Forces

  • Unknown, but with Anti-Air capable of shooting down high flying cargo planes.

Civilians

  • Unkown

II Mission

We’ve managed to save three vehicles and some supplies from the crash. Your main objective is to find and destroy the Anti-Air locations and figure out a way to re-establish radio contact.

III Execution

Commander’s Intent

  • Prepare vehicles for movement. Seeing as we usually rely on local logistics our vehicles barely have any fuel. Get some.

  • Find and destroy any and all Anti-Air sites.

  • Figure out a way to re-establish long range radio communications.

Movement Plan

  • Due to extremely limited availability of friendly transportation, secure and capture enemy vehicles wherever possible and get them back to field HQ set up at the crash site.

Fire Support

  • No support is available.

Optional Tasks

  • Survive

IV Administration / Logistics

  • No MEDEVAC is available. The only resupply available are the limited amount of supplies salvaged from the aircraft.

Reinforcements

  • Reinsertions will be on the hour every hour and be adhered to strictly; no deviation is allowed.

  • Reinsertions are the same for all, including vehicles teams.

  • Platoon Commander has a two-time reinsertion wild card at their disposal, call this in through HQ.

  • At predesignated times, reinforcements will be sent out of the base in the smallest transport vehicle which can hold reinforcements.

  • Upon insertion to the AO, reinforcements should stick together until regrouping with the main force in the AO.
