Mission caught me off guard for the first half (or before I died anyway), was expecting a heavier engagement on protecting the powerplant, but got very distracted into making sure fireteams were in good positions to make further plans; long story short, movement up to my death wasn’t planned exactly as I wanted it.

I’ve gotta be harsh on my fireteam leaders: was expecting a LOT more autonomy and coordination between the two of you. I had to step in repeatedly to make A1 and A2 do basic bounding, which both teams seemed to be incapable of unfortunately. Also, pretty please listen to orders and do as you are asked; I considered dropping out multiple times as FTLs just wouldn’t listen to orders. It took Yellow team a solid 15 minutes of standing in open fields to finally get a move, it’s no fun for leadership really so my bottom line is: get your sh*t together guys, I can’t babysit you all the time.

Besides mission was good, our performance went according to harsh terrain and weird engagement distances but all in all, taking this as a black box, I think we did well considering the minor KIAs. Definitely would run again with FALCON, which I sorely missed.

I do see this complaint come up every now and then, but unless we bring it up as a topic for a Monthly Meeting or even as a wider topic during an OP itself (as most players are not too active on Discord and most do not follow or care for the Forum + Monthly Meetings), then I do not think we can get any real development on this can we?

What are you talking about? Henrik’s opinion on the FTL’s? What would you discuss about that on a MM? I’m a bit confused

Think Karl refers to the casual attitude trend
