The year is 2024. and the political situation in the world has severely deteriorated. The Russian Federation stands surrounded by enemies on all sides. But, Russia is still proving to be a formidable opponent capable of rappelling any open assault on its territories which forces its adversaries to use less direct methods.
OPORD
I Situation:
Tensions have been rising in the border region in the Russian West. Armed attacks on the citizenry by unknown elements are in a rapid increase, with multiple already dead. Local authorities and police force mistakenly assumed them to be actions of common banditry, but have been unable to prevent further attacks or capture any of the supposed bandits. A steady rise in the quality of weapons and tactics used by assailants has been noticed.
Federal government has decided to use local military garrison to locate and destroy any and all subversive elements in the area and send a message that the Russian Federation protects its people. A small air strike force consisting of 2 Mi-8MT and 1 Su-25 is attached to the task force, but their aircraft are undergoing maintenance and it is not know whether they will be made available in time.

Reinforcements:

[] At predesignated times, reinforcements will be sent out of the base in smallest transport vehicle which can hold reinforcements
