A civil war has broken out in Chernarus, and the US has promised direct military aid to the region. A carrier strike group has been deployed to the region to support operations and US Marines have helped create a spearhead on the coast.
After some initial naval and air strikes on enemy targets, the marines have set up an FOB and are starting operations to push the enemy back.
OPORD
I Situation
The USMC MARSOC Raiders have been deployed to the USMC FOB in Chernarus to launch raids on hostile key targets.
To allow themselves the element of speed and surprise, the unit has been given helicopters for rapid raids on hostile targets.

- USA Artillery in the FOB
Assets
- MH-6M Littlebird - 9 seats: 1x pilot, 1x co-pilot, 7x passenger - callsign “Nightbird (Transport)”
- AH-6 Littlebird - 3 seats: 1x pilot, 1x co-pilot, 1x passenger - callsign “Nightbird (Gunship)”
- UH-60M - 16 seats: 1x pilot, 1x co-pilot, 2x gunner, 12x passenger - callsign “Nightbird (Armed Transport)”
Enemy Forces
- ChDKZ forces.
- Light to medium armour, soviet era equipment, limited heavy armour to be expected.
Civilians
- Civilians are not expected.
II Mission
The Raiders are to attack multiple key enemy targets via helo infil and exfil. These are key enemy communication, artillery, etc. locations.
III Execution
Commander’s Intent
- Platoon is to decide order of objectives.
- Rapid movement intended, to avoid QRF forces and other reinforcements.
- Once the destruction of the enemy objectives is complete, the unit is to RTB.
Movement Plan
- Speed and momentum is intended.
- Use of helicopters is intended.
- Hostile patrols and HMGs can be expected.
Fire Support
- Friendly 155mm Howitzers available for strikes.
Optional Tasks
- Capture any enemy combatants and taken to the FOB.
IV Administration / Logistics
- If possible, they are to be captured and taken back to the FOB.
Resupplying
- Resupply available at the FOB.
Reinforcements
- Reinsertions will be on the hour every hour and be adhered to strictly, no deviation is allowed.
- Reinsertions are the same for all, including vehicles teams.
- Platoon Commander has a two time reinsertion wild card at his disposal, call this in through HQ.
- At predesignated times, reinforcements will be sent out of the base in the smallest transport vehicle which can hold reinforcements.
- At predesignated times, an air transport will be sent out to pick up reinforcements from the base.
- Upon insertion to the AO, reinforcements should stick together until regrouping with the main force in the AO.
