Feedback, war stories etc!
Good times, was a big fan of the evacuation-style objective, although i can see that wrangling civies was not the most exciting thing in the world for those who had to do that.
Pretty fun opp 10/10 would play again first obj didn’t do much as we were to far from the fight, as for the second obj MAT had a good spot in a bunker overlooking the road we also ingaged a few infantry and I had a good opportunity to use HE rounds on them with good effect, as for the 3rd obj things shall we say didn’t go to plan as by the time we got there we were already under fire from airborne infantry coming in from helicopters MAT managed to find some hill in which I killed a helicopter and I think a tank before getting ingaged by infantry and having to retreat back to the town only to get sent back out to our deaths quite literally lol since by the end we had a whole wipe out which is rare for us to have.
For the last obj all teams set up on a hill overlooking the town with a number of tow and mg vics which I quite like I manage to kill a 2 btrs a number of at infantry and damaged a tank before I ran out of ammo then I went back to being an at guy which almost got hit by a plane lol and getting hit by a grenade and surviving nothing much else happed just a few skirmishers with infantry and long range but, at that point all of MAT was pretty much fucked up low on bandages and other medical supplies all sounding like we got Corona according to Koffer lol they Shails jinxed it by asking for a tank which we did plus btrs lol which almost got me killed but, I did get the tank in the end and might of stopped one of the btrs but if not it doesn’t matter since by then we retreating to the airfield for evac.
Would like to thank Shails and Koffer for being excellent squad mates the medics for doing there jobs and Seb for a wonderful opp.
Was a great op. Very fun. Nothing really to add other than it was very fun, even getting absolutely wrecked by the surround in that deserty area was a cool experience from a last stand perspective.
