I Situation:

The HVT code name "KING of SPADES" has been located within Takistan territory, the local authorities have been protecting him and his forces in the region as they control operations in the neighboring Alliabad region. We have been authorised to insert and eliminate the "KING of SPADES".

Friendly Forces:

[] TFN, 1st Platoon.
] Available Elements, Plt, Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, DMT, Engr.
[] We have no friendly elements as we have conducted a long-range ground infiltration and can not alert local national forces.
] The Platoon Rifleman has the use of a UAV.

10 x Covered Hilux (Capacity 8 )

Enemy Forces:

[] Local authorities including police and military forces will engage you on sight and call in QRF from both FOB’s marked on the map.
] The enemy will use QRF to back up multiple lightweight patrols.

Civilians are present and it will be the commanders call how they are dealt with. Be aware that civilians who spot you are highly likely to alert enemy forces.

II Mission:

The HVT the "KING of SPADES" is to be ELIMINATED.

III Execution:

Commander’s intent

[] Throughout the operation stealth is key and areas can be accessed via taking out perimeter guards etc.
] First the energy grid for the area should be disabled by accessing the control room at the power station via. This should be done via virus upload.
[] Second to increase QRF response times and disorient the local forces the cities communications should be disabled.
] Lastly the HVT Compound should be hit in order to take out the main target.

Movement Plan

Movement is up to the Commander.

Fire Support

There is no fire support.

IV Administration / Logistics:

Resupply can be found at the insertion point.

[] Reinsertions will be on the hour every hour and be adhered to strictly, no deviation is allowed.
] Reinsertions are the same for all, including vehicles teams.
[] Platoon Commander has a one-time reinsertion wild card at his disposal call this in through HQ.
] At predesignated times, reinforcements will be sent out of the base in the smallest transport vehicle which can hold reinforcements.

Upon insertion to the AO, reinforcements should stick together until regrouping with the main force in the AO.

Area of Operations:

20364388 Here is the intel you requested. All images were captured by recon drone.

First is the Target Compound:

T1 = Target Building
P1 = Backup power generator
G1 = Guardroom
B1-B3 = Barracks

Thermal Image

S1-S2 = Sentries

Comms Tower

C1 = Control panel it is located mid tower.

P2 = Control Room
B1 = Barracks
G1 = Guardroom

Thermal Image

S1-S2 Sentries

Multiple maps:

Here’s my proposed action plan:

Engineers: required for their ability to cut fences
DMT: optional, could be effective from the comms tower, but that’s an area likely to draw hostiles so probably best not to.
Plt Drone specialist:Strongly recommended
Plt himself: probably unnecessary, unless DMT is in play
Plt medic: good for engineers if there’s spare manpower

So fill order would be:
Alpha (10)
Engineer (14)
PLT rifleman (15)
PLT or Bravo medic (16)
DMT (18)
PLT (19)
Bravo (up to 26+2)

These elements would then be split into two task forces:
Task force WRENCH: Engineers + plt medic + DMT/Bravo
Task force KNIFE: Alpha, plus + plt rifleman (+ DMT if bravo is full by some miracle)~

MINIMUM SPEAKING VOLUME AND STRICT RADIO SILENCE IS TO BE MAINTAINED AT ALL TIMES. Only in life-threatening emergencies or if full fledged combat breaks out is this rule to be broken.

WRENCH moves towards the power plant and disables it. Engineers can break the fence or enter via the checkpoint on the east. There are rooftop positions for DMT to cover Engineers to the west and south of the plant. South is on a better angle, but is quite squat and may not give the required elevation. WRENCH is advised to avoid combat where possible.

KNIFE makes their way to the comm tower and disables it. Similarly, combat should be avoided. At Alpha lead’s discretion, KNIFE may wish to wait for power to the region to be disabled, but preferably communications should be hit first. Resistance beyond police patrols is not to be expected, but droning the region on thermals would be wise.

Once both secondary objectives have been disabled, KNIFE (and WRENCH, if nearby) are to move to assault the HVT compound. If WRENCH is available, then they are to set up to block reinforcement into the compound proper by B2 and B3. Either way, KNIFE is to eliminate S1 and S2, simultaneously if possible. As soon as both are eliminated, one fire team is to disable G1 while the other is to enter the HVT residence and kill him. As soon as HVT is dead, exfil is put in motion. WRENCH will continue overwatch until KNIFE has mounted. Else, KNIFE is to bound out of the compound and mount up. Ideally, nobody will know HVT is dead until morning.
