At first, I want say thank you to mission makers, for the time spend making fun for all community, so you know I do appreciate it a lot, and I do.
It s not about this mission today, but generally, what I would write 3 months ago.

objectives too big for 20 people - they can be smaller areas with less enemy infantry (while having enemy patrols in area which are not there to attack us but keep some, for us, unimportant positions) (less casualities more action, awareness).

we are not able properly execute stealth operations - some drill on execution/training would be nice (do not mean theory but battle drill, training team).

defender:attacker ratio, skill (it does not have to be always, but sometimes, challanging so much that half of team dies during it)

long pauses during game play - it s very common (it s yet almost every mission) to freez somewhere for very long time - whatever the reasons are, 3 of 4 ppl in FT will be bored

CQB - feels like we are running around many houses and nothing inside but big huge empty villages for small squad

waiting for reinforcement - it s every game at least 10-20 minutes waiting (it s boring for those who are not FTLs)

in missions I feel like there is lack of action in terrain. Dont remember to attack some trenches yet*

What a unit of 20 would be used for (in war) ?

Does this enemy position has cover from different enemy possition ? (compexity)

Generally the improvement could be less waiting (PLT) and more complex battlefield in some cases (MM) (for me personally less "village CQC" action but created complex battle positions)
The habit to wait on reinforcement is more badhabit. When the plan fails, the group of survivors shoud get on some rally point, just not to stay there to wait for being cleared out by enemy grid search cleansing - the point is nobody would survive that. The reinforcement can get on any point marked for them.
If any improvement can be made, It should be eliminating the eternal waiting during missions.
I found another interesting bug during this OP, which I think was an artifact of the base ace medical we were using?
