ModMic 4.0 is available again on Massdrop and its cheaper than retail but you’ll have to wait longer for it.
Good as mic upgrade if only thing you want is new mic on your headphones.

I recommend getting the USB adapter regardless of what OS you’re using because the standard 3.5mm connector will use your onboard pre-amp which might cause quality degradation if it’s not very good.
