My notes after the op:
Stick to the normal format.
We said this multiple times but we still do it every time, and it is suggested by a lot of people every time.
Can we stop that? Maybe note it somewhere to never ever do this with more then 1 squad.
NB played well, Clarke led well.
Bravo played awesome, but that is a little bit easier this mission as we had our own hud.
I feel comms were very wonky.
I think most of the time in my experience when I was up at least, Elements did not respond to their call outs.
People did not know the chain of command or wanted to take over lead,
I get it that it’s a mental state you have to be in.
But if you are the only experienced member left then please do step up, even if it’s just for a little bit.
One meh thing to note for Bravo,
We did not really follow protocol and followed or got ordered to stick to a formation
