In short:
- 1.5 hours of walking
- 10 minutes of engagement
- 20 minutes of briefing and preparation
- Op was very thematic but somewhat lacked gameplay
- Artistically great
- Fun-wise meh
Overall great mission idea. Cut some of the tedious walking force another engagement, then I can see it being more fun. Nice idea though!
Leadership- and plan-wise there is not much to say. A solid plan with the input of SLs lead to little casualties and a mission success. Don’t think much more could be improved there.

I could tell why you said that the plan was good on paper. Sometimes making mistakes, will highlight what makes other missions good. What I think would have made this a great mission is adding more encounters, simple as that. Either 1-2 more objectives or some hidden bunkers/camps/twist in the plans etc. would have been great.
I remember a graph I saved about writting stories. Same goes with any story driven mission like most Arma missions are.
I think the graph speaks for itself but basically, you need to have events leading up to a climax. What happend here was more that we had the opener last for the first 60%, then the climax for about 15% and then the other 25% was the conclusion. I would recommend anyone making a story or stealth based mission to keep this graph in mind.
I just want to say that I expect to see more respect from people in general. Regardless of what your personal opinions about a person in the community is, there should be NO instance where we continually laugh at one persons expense.
We are a mature community and I hope we can behave ourselves appropriately.
One joke is funny, a second can be hilarious at times. Good natured fun is absolutely critical to our community but we need to know our limits and I think those limits were crossed yesterday
